Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $4.99.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working toward — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it's available.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your gear to your door.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Email us at gotouchgrass@summitcampco.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Can I exchange a product?

Are the lanterns rechargeable via USB?

Yes — the SummitGlow Rechargeable Camping Lantern charges via USB and is designed to give you hours of run time on a single charge. Battery life details are in the product listing.

Is your titanium cup safe for open-flame cooking?

Yes. The Titanium Camping Cup is designed to be used directly over a camp stove or open flame. Titanium distributes heat evenly and won't leach chemicals into your food or drink.
