Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor cosmetic differences from product photos
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Items that are not unused, not in original condition, or missing original packaging
- Other items excluded due to supplier restrictions, hygiene reasons, final sale status, or custom order limitations
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
