📦 Shipping
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75
- Standard shipping on orders under $75: $5.99

Return Policy
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Start a Return
- Email us at gotouchgrass@summitcampco.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day
- Drop it off at any USPS or UPS location
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us a photo and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return anything.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or product? Start a return and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you need.
